His involvement in the field of aging spans over two decades, during which he has worked extensively in the geriatric field. Rod began his career as an occupational therapist, providing rehab services in both clinical and in-home settings. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for his deep understanding of senior care.

Rod has successfully managed various senior care communities, including skilled nursing and rehab facilities, continuing care retirement communities, and assisted living communities. His leadership ensures that our services are expertly tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Rod’s background in Occupational Therapy, combined with his MBA, California Nursing Home Administrator’s license, and Residential Care Facility for the Elderly license, gives him a unique blend of clinical insight and business acumen. This combination has allowed him to seamlessly integrate care management into his operational framework, enhancing both patient outcomes and organizational performance.
